We recommend you call the office if unsure, however the following provides appropriate

strengths. Make sure which one you have when referring to the chart!
Billing / Insurance
Pediatric Physicians, Inc participates in many plans including Medicaid, Caresource
and Molina. Please refer to your provider manual prior to your appointment to make
sure we are an in-network provider to maximize your insurance coverage. Please note
that all copays (no exceptions) MUST be paid at the time of service as is written
in all policy contracts. Failure to collect copays at the time of service may be
considered insurance fraud by insurance companies. At every visit we will ask to
see both your driver’s license AND you insurance card for verification. Incorrect
information is costly to both the practice and the guarantor/policy holder!
If you do not have insurance, please consult with the billing team for the self-pay
guidelines prior to your visit as payment at the time of service is required.
Pediatric Physicians, as stated in the financial policy, will make every effort
to assist all patients with billing questions. We have full time billing staff including
a billing/financial counselor to answer all of your patient account questions and
help you make reasonable payment plan arrangements. For all billing questions, please
contact the office at 614-771-0200 and press 7. Pediatric Physicians
will ALWAYS try to be reasonable.
